Late visa processing refers to having your Russian tourist visa processed after we have held the paper work and payment meeting. This is usually used when someone registers for a trip later than the meetings.
If you register for a place on one of the trips after we have held the meetings, we will automatically send you the instructions for late visa processing.
You will be required to include a total of two (2) passport pictures with the application – one for the application, and one extra/reserve. The pictures may be color, or black and white; they may be different pictures, but they must be printed on photographic paper – photocopies of pictures on plain paper will not be accepted.
Black and white pictures made from an automatic photo booth (that you find at bus/train stations, underground stations, malls, etc.) are perfectly fine.
This is what the Consulate wants:
The best and most inexpensive way to have passport pictures made for the application is to find an automatic photo booth that gives you 4-5 pictures for 70-80 SEK. These “photo automats” can often be found at train stations, police stations, shopping malls, and in some cases, even on university campuses.
If for whatever reason, the Russian Consulate rejects your visa application, Niinimäki Travels, or ESN Sweden are in no way responsible. You possibly will not receive a refund of your money if your visa application is rejected.
